Our mission:

The mission of the association of the San Bernardino county special districts is twofold:

1.               to propose and advocate constructive means for improvement and functioning of special districts within the county.

2.              to assist special districts and their governing boards to provide a more effective and
efficient government at the closest level to the citizens of San Bernardino county that will result in benefit to the public.
